We have kept our fees to a minimum £25 per adult, £35 for families, and therefore would ask of the participants to use the opportunity to raise some sponsor money for our chosen charity, which this year is Search & Rescue Dogs Association (SARDA)

About The Event

A wonderful opportunity to travel the ancient highway of the Lower Bann River by canoe, experiencing its beauty and wildlife from an exceptional position.

Paddling from Portglenone to Drumaheglis (23km) over 2 days, with an overnight camping stop at Movanagher Lock, you will be looked after by a team of qualified coaches who will help you to enjoy the experience safely and complete the Challenge so that you can say “I’ve been Banned!”

What's Included

Team of qualified coaches. All paddling equipment will be provided.

What to Bring

Paddling equipment can be provided, though we would ask that participants needing equipment raise some sponsor money towards our chosen charity. Camping equipment is the participants responsibility.


Suitable for all ages and abilities. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
