About The Event

Carrickfergus Sailing Club is inviting individuals and families with children over the age of 8 to come and try dinghy or yacht sailing on Saturday 11th May as part of the RYA Push The Boat Out – Try Sailing National Event.

Participants will have the option of a morning session commencing at 10.00 am or an afternoon session commencing at 1.30 pm and during both there will be an option to try dinghy sailing or yacht sailing.

The taster sessions will last for approximately 30 to 45 minutes on the water and all boats will be helmed by experienced helms so no experience is necessary and you will be taken care of on the water to ensure you enjoy the experience.

The event is open to adults and children over the age of 8 and pre booking/registration is essential.
