About The Event

Learn to make the most of the outdoors with this brilliant combination of canoeing and bushcraft.

Gain a better understanding of nature’s resources and how to use them with a paddle on a local waterway.

On arrival the club will kit you out with all necessary equipment and after a briefing it will be time to embark on your paddle, learning as you go. As well as learning paddling technique from your instructor you will also identify trees and plants along the river bank and get to get grips with using natural as well as modern navigation techniques.

The whole session will last approximately 4 hours working within a small group to ensure you get the most out of the day. Limited places are available and booking is essential.
