These participation days are to further encourage women who have had basic instruction in fly-fishing.
These days have been designed to give women the confidence to organise their own day of fishing whether it be to a local 'put & take' fishery or to a big wild lough in the west of Ireland or to take part in a competition.
There will also be fly-tying sessions and participants will gain enough knowledge to know what equipment to buy in order to start to start fly-tying themselves.
Each day will be happening at Straid Fishery which is a 20 acre lake. Some of the 2016 International Ladies Fly Fishing Team will be present as Level I coaches and volunteers to help out.
